Wonderful business; I needed a very particular size of single glass for an odd rectangular dimension. Jodie was super helpful over the phone and in-person. Fabrication was quick and within the 1/16th of the inch I had measured!The price is fair considering this great service; you will not find this level of care/service at a big box retailer (they won’t generally cut!).In summary, great place for DIY/fixes. It is clear Circle Glass other solutions too.

Circle Glass and Mirror did an outstanding job replacing our bay window! The new window looks amazing and they left the area spotless. While it took a bit of time from order to install, their customer service and the professionalism of the installers made it worth the wait. Highly recommend!

We have used Circle Glass for 2 other projects and had no issues. Unfortunately, this most recent time was different. We needed to replace one window pane and it took more than 4 weeks. Their tech came and measured, 2 weeks later came to install, but oops, couldn't, since he had measured wrong, so remeasured, re-ordered and set up new install date. "We will expedite this, they'll give you a call tomorrow to set up the best install date". 2 days later, the office called. Oops. Not expedited at all. It was just ordered that day - another error on the tech's part to not get the order in - and install happened 2 weeks after that. I got a 10% discount on materials ($11) and the window installed. So, happy it finally got installed, not happy with the delays and clunky service. Will consider all these factors if I ever use this company again.
